L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es montre toutefois qu\u2019un outil exceptionnel, s\u2019il est utilis\u00e9 sur une longue p\u00e9riode, peut soulever de nouvelles questions juridiques, sociales et financi\u00e8res qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas au centre des pr\u00e9occupations au d\u00e9but.</p><p>Il serait judicieux que le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral dresse un bilan global de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise et examine si le droit en vigueur est suffisamment adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion ad\u00e9quate des situations de s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9.
