Il convient toutefois de v\u00e9rifier si la combinaison de diff\u00e9rents instruments peut, dans certains cas, entra\u00eener des effets de seuil ind\u00e9sirables, de nature \u00e0 d\u00e9courager une augmentation du taux d\u2019emploi.</p><p>Outre les effets imm\u00e9diats sur le march\u00e9 du travail et les finances publiques, les cons\u00e9quences \u00e0 long terme m\u00e9ritent \u00e9galement qu\u2019on s\u2019y attarde.
