Il se base sur divers sources et rapports provenant de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, des organisations internationales, des ONG, d'autres pays et de la repr\u00e9sentation suisse comp\u00e9tente. Lorsqu\u2019une personne est astreinte \u00e0 quitter la Suisse, cela signifie que le SEM a \u00e9cart\u00e9 l\u2019existence d\u2019un risque de pers\u00e9cution pertinent au sens de la loi sur l\u2019asile. Par ailleurs le SEM a constat\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas d\u2019autre obstacle individuel au renvoi, \u00e0 savoir que celui-ci est conforme aux obligations internationales de la Suisse et au principe de non-refoulement. Le taux de protection des ressortissants burundais en Suisse s\u2019inscrit dans la moyenne europ\u00e9enne.
